Property managers
Many owners, one operation.
Each owner has their own agreement, fee and statement. Your team still works from one system: one tenant record, one work-order queue and one payout run at month end.
The challenge
What we hear from teams like yours.
Owner statements take a week
Every month someone rebuilds each owner's statement by hand, then answers the questions it raises.
Maintenance has no clock
Requests arrive by phone and WhatsApp, and nobody can say which jobs are late or why.
Calls go unanswered
Tenants ring, email and message, and the agent who answers can't see the lease or the balance.
With PropertyHive
What changes.
Agreements that calculate the fee
Set a percentage, fixed or hybrid management fee per owner, including a performance kicker tied to occupancy. Owner statements and remittance advice follow from the same data.
Payout runs that check before they pay
Payouts run in batches, and an owner with missing bank details or KYC is held back automatically until it is fixed.
Every job on an SLA clock
Tenant requests become work orders with an SLA timer, dispatched by drag and drop, with contractor SLA penalties applied or waived and a cost sheet on every job.
One desk for every channel
Voice, WhatsApp, SMS, email and chat land in one interaction list. The agent sees the caller, their KYC status and what they owe, and turns any contact into a case in one click.

FAQ
Questions we hear a lot.
Can owners have different fee structures?
Yes. Each management agreement holds its own fee basis: percentage, fixed or hybrid, with an optional occupancy-linked performance kicker.
Do you handle service charge budgets?
Yes. The service charge budget is Mollak-aware, so it follows the structure Dubai jointly owned properties already use.
Can our contractors work in the system?
Contractors are registered with licence and insurance expiry tracking, and jobs are assigned to them from the dispatch board. Technicians and inspectors have their own FM roles.
Will owners see each other's data?
No. Access is role-based and checked on every request, with field-level permissions, so each person sees only what they are allowed to.
