Saudi Arabia
Arabic-first, in riyals, across every entity.
PropertyHive runs Saudi portfolios in SAR with bilingual contracts and Arabic documents, alongside any UAE holdings. We are clear about what is built today and what is still on the roadmap.
The challenge
What we hear from teams like yours.
Arabic as an afterthought
Contracts are drafted in English and translated at the end, and the Arabic never quite matches.
Two countries, two systems
Groups with assets in both markets run Saudi and UAE portfolios on separate tools and merge them by hand.
Rules hard-coded for one place
Most systems build local rules into the code, so a different market means waiting for a release.
With PropertyHive
What changes.
Arabic documents from the start
Offers, leases and settlement statements come from a bilingual, versioned clause library, and the tenant app runs in Arabic with right-to-left layout.
SAR and AED side by side
Currency is set in the jurisdiction profile and properties sit under their own legal entities, so Saudi and UAE holdings share one system and still report separately.
Rules you configure, not code
Notice and grace periods, VAT, locked clauses and rent-increase rules sit in a jurisdiction profile with dated periods, so local rules are configured and changed without a release.

FAQ
Questions we hear a lot.
Is PropertyHive registered with Ejar?
Not yet. Ejar integration is on our roadmap, and we will not describe it as available until it is. Until then, registration continues through your existing process.
Do you support ZATCA e-invoicing?
ZATCA Fatoora integration is on the roadmap. If e-invoicing is a requirement for you today, tell us during the demo and we will be specific about timing.
Can we run Saudi and UAE portfolios together?
Yes. Properties sit under their own legal entities and follow their own jurisdiction profile, including currency, and the executive dashboard shows the combined picture.
Which Saudi rent rules are included?
The rules engine is configurable rather than fixed. We set up your Saudi jurisdiction profile with you during onboarding and check each rule before it goes live.
