What we collect
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you enter in the form. We also collect limited technical data that any web server records, and we use optional analytics cookies only if you agree to them.
- Form data: name, work email, phone number, company, portfolio size, country and your message.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time, and referring page. These are used for security and to keep the site working.
- Cookies: strictly necessary cookies, and analytics cookies only with your consent. See our cookie policy.
Why we use it, and our legal bases
We use form data to reply to you, arrange and run a demo, and follow up about PropertyHive. We use technical logs to secure and operate the site, and analytics, if you consent, to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. Depending on the purpose, we rely on: your request to be contacted, which is needed to take steps before a possible contract; our legitimate interest in running a secure website and responding to business enquiries; your consent, for analytics cookies and any marketing you opt into; and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions: our website hosting provider, the email delivery provider that sends form submissions and replies, and, if you consent, our analytics provider. Each is bound by contract to protect the data and use it only for the service they provide to us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the UAE or Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, we take the steps required by applicable law, such as relying on an adequate level of protection in the destination country or on contractual safeguards with the provider.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and demo data for as long as we are in discussion with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the customer agreement applies. Technical logs are kept for a short period, normally no more than 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident. Analytics data is kept in line with the cookie policy. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights and how to contact us
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the message.
To make a request, email info@contracthive.ai. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will reply within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
