Collect · Owners & payouts
Pay every owner the right net amount.
Rent collected, less the management fee, maintenance and VAT. The owner statement is built from the same ledger as your tenants, and the payout run pays only owners whose bank details and KYC are complete.

Sound familiar?
Statements are rebuilt every month
Collections from one system, costs from another, and a spreadsheet in between to work out what each owner is due.
Fees are worked out by hand
Every agreement has its own fee terms, and the finance team keeps them in their heads.
Payouts go out unchecked
An old IBAN or a missing ID is noticed only after the transfer has bounced, or worse, landed.
How it works
Owners & payouts, step by step.
Set the management agreement
Each owner's agreement holds the fee: a percentage, a fixed amount or a hybrid of both, with an optional 0.5% performance kicker when occupancy is above 95%.

Costs land against the building
Utilities, cleaning, security, insurance and repairs are recorded and approved against each building, on the same ledger as the rent.

Issue the owner statement
The statement shows rent collected, less the fee, maintenance and VAT, and the net amount owed to the owner.
“The statement shows rent collected, less the fee, maintenance and VAT, and the net amount owed to the owner..”
Pay owners in one run
Payout runs pay owners in batches. A line stays blocked until bank details and KYC checks pass, and each owner receives remittance advice.

FAQ
Questions we hear a lot.
Can different owners have different fee terms?
Yes. Each management agreement sets its own fee: a percentage, a fixed amount or a hybrid, with or without the performance kicker.
What stops a payout going to the wrong account?
A payout line is blocked while the owner's bank details or KYC are missing. It is released only when both are complete.
Does it support service charges for jointly owned buildings?
The service charge budget shares a building's yearly running costs among its owners and is designed with Mollak's service charge rules in mind.
